Vivek Biswas is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group. His practice focuses on all types of intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, and trademark litigation.  Mr. Biswas’ educational background is in Chemical Engineering, and he has experience litigating matters involving a wide variety of technologies.

Prior to joining Oblon, Mr. Biswas was an Associate in the IP Litigation group at a global law firm in Chicago. He also served as a judicial intern for Judge K. Nicole Mitchell in the Eastern District of Texas while in law school.
