The Oblon Trademark Department have secured two federal service mark registrations on behalf of Bryanna’s Love, Inc. a charitable organization dedicated to helping children suffering from cancer. The registrations for the service marks BRYANNA’S LOVE and GIVE KIDS A SNUGGLE will assist the organization in pursuing its mission of providing material and emotional support to young cancer patients and their families.
Bryanna’s Love is based in Burtonsville, Maryland and led by Kristina Kitchen, who named the organization in memory of her daughter who was claimed by cancer at an early age. Oblon assisted Bryanna’s Love in determining if its proposed service marks were available for use, and then successfully prosecuted federal applications for each mark. All of Oblon’s professional services were provided at no cost to Bryanna’s Love, and in addition the firm donated the government filing fees for the two applications.
More information about Bryanna’s Love can be found at its website at http://www.bryannaslove.org.
