The webinar will focus on the challenges in obtaining patent eligible claims in the diagnostic, computer implemented, and mechanical arts. While the arts are different, the case law in each is instructive for all of the arts. Application of current USPTO guidelines during patent prosecution will be discussed, as well as relevant case law that applies to obtaining patent eligible claims in these arts.
