Alexandria, VA- Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Brian B. Darville has re-joined the firm’s Trademark & Designs practice group. Brian left the firm in 2007 and has since focused his practice on trademark and copyright related counseling and dispute resolution.
Darville brings over two decades of litigation experience in federal courts throughout the U.S. and over a decade of experience handling intellectual property protection for trademarks and copyrights. He has handled numerous trademark, cybersquatting, unfair competition and copyright cases in federal court, and frequently represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

In his role as Senior Counsel with Oblon, Darville will continue his career as an experienced trademark and copyright litigator and advise the firm’s clients on all aspects of trademark and copyright law, portfolio management and maintenance, and licensing of intellectual property, litigation and e-commerce.
Darville holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia, an L.L.M. from George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Economics also from the University of Virginia.
