This award recognizes Oblon’s outstanding work and reputation in representing petitioners and patent owners before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. During Thursday night’s award ceremony, the firm was also dubbed “Northeast Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year.”
