FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Alexandria, VA Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, L.L.P. and The Rader Group, whose principal is Former Chief Judge for the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Randall Rader, have announced a non-exclusive cooperation agreement between the two entities--effective immediately.

The agreement expands for both firms the ability to serve existing clients and jointly offer their capabilities across the United States and abroad. Even though the entities will remain independent from one another, the relationships that The Rader Group has in the business and legal communities complement Oblon’s strong national and global client base. Through this cooperation, both firms foresee opportunities for their respective growth. The Rader Group has its own office in the Oblon building, which is adjacent to the United States Patent and Trademark Office campus in Alexandria, Virginia.

Bradley Lytle, managing partner of Oblon said, “We are enthusiastic about this alliance. We share many values with The Rader Group and we hold Judge Rader’s intellect and jurisprudential contributions during his years on the bench, in the highest regard.”

Randall Rader noted, “I foresee that the next chapter of my career will offer even greater opportunities to resolve disputes and improve the beneficial IP system on a global scale.” Founded in 2014, The Rader Group focuses on domestic and international arbitration and mediation services as well as client counseling services, worldwide.
