The firm recently won a $10.9 million judgment for Saint-Gobain Autover in their patent infringement lawsuit against Chinese windshield manufacturer Xinyi Automobile Glass. The jury found the infringement to be willful, prompting the judge to double the damages and including attorney’s fees, bringing the total settlement to over $24 million.”
