Salvation Army Annual Angel Tree Program: The Capital Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators organizes the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program each year. The Salvation Army has been serving the National Capital Area for more than 125 years and has expanded to assisting close to 90,000 individuals. The Angel Tree program is a function of the Salvation Army that operates during the holiday season and helps over 6,400 families and 14,000 children.
