The Honorable Gerald J. Mossinghoff, Senior Counsel to the firm and a former Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks, has been appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve on the U.S. Department of Commerce Patent Public Advisory Committee of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
