The Oblon, Spivak firm’s accomplishments in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office electronic filing program were recognized when Jan Gardner, our Operations Manager, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for her contribution to the firm’s goal of achieving 100% Electronic Filing at the USPTO (see photo below). Oblon, Spivak has been consistently working with the Office on the current EFS WEB system since attending the initial Electronic Filing Forum Design Review in March 2005. From the December, 2005 Beta program through the current version of EFS WEB, our administrative staff members have made numerous beneficial contributions to the Office’s electronic filing efforts based on their thorough knowledge of patent prosecution, as well as the needs of our clients. We are proud to be electronically filing all of our new applications, as well as to be steadily incorporating e-filing into our other filing papers.
