Ismail Ahmadi, is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and leads the operational, technology, and administrative strategy supporting the firm’s intellectual property practice. His work focuses on strengthening infrastructure, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that the firm’s systems and teams enable the delivery of consistent, high-quality service to clients worldwide.
With more than 18 years of experience in intellectual property operations, Mr. Ahmadi brings deep expertise in practice management, data analytics, and process innovation. He has guided major initiatives to modernize the firm’s platforms, enhance visibility into performance and compliance, and integrate advanced technologies into day-to-day operations. His background provides a comprehensive understanding of the operational demands of complex, high-volume patent practices.
Mr. Ahmadi works closely with firm leadership and attorneys to align operational strategy with client service objectives. He is known for translating regulatory and procedural requirements into streamlined, reliable processes that reduce risk and improve efficiency. In addition to his operational responsibilities, he plays a key role in firmwide initiatives related to innovation, training, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, helping position the firm at the forefront of modern intellectual property practice management.
