Oblon Announces Election of Two New Partners
Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, LLP is pleased to announce the election of two new partners – Lisa Mandrusiak and Chris Ricciuti – effective in 2021.
Lisa Mandrusiak works with our Litigation and Post-Grant proceedings practice groups and is also a member of our Life Sciences committee representing a diverse clientele in a variety of fields, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetic compositions, smartphones, business methods, the oil and gas industry, and automotive components (powertrains, electric motors and consumables). With an educational background in molecular biology and genetics, she has a keen understanding of the science and technologies involved in her clients’ chemical, biochemical and pharmaceutical inventions.
Christopher Ricciuti also works with our Litigation and Post-Grant proceedings practice groups. His primary focus is on litigating mechanical, electrical, and computer software patents in federal courts, along with pursuing and defending against patent validity challenges before the USPTO. Mr. Ricciuti’s experience spans a wide range of technologies including consumer electronics and smartphones, cloud and distributed computing systems, business methods, communication protocols, oilfield services and equipment, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and industrial designs.
