The conference will bring together practitioners, in-house counsel, and members of the bench for a dynamic discussion of Patent Trial Appeal Board (PTAB) best practices, recent developments and trends, policy considerations, and much more! Join us for APJ Day, a series of new sessions on Wednesday that highlight practice tips from the PTAB APJs. We are looking forward for a new format for the conference on Wednesday, which includes an afternoon with PTAB APJs and several sessions providing insights from the APJs.  Other conference topics will include challenges facing the PTAB in 2022, PTAB appellate strategies, reexamination strategies, diversity, equity and inclusion, and ethics.
