JOHN SIPOS is a registered patent agent in the firm’s Mechanical Patent Prosecution practice group. Mr. Sipos joined Oblon, Spivak following a 35-year career as an Expert Primary Examiner and Supervisory Patent Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He works on prosecution matters and is especially knowledgeable about packaging methods and apparatus.
While at the USPTO, Mr. Sipos was recognized with the Distinguished USPTO Service award and given the United States Department of Commerce Bronze Medal.
