Alexander B. Englehart
Associate ALEXANDER B. ENGLEHART is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group focusing on patent litigation in the federal courts and the International Trade Commission. While in law school, Mr. Englehart twice served as a full-time judicial extern, once for Judge Randall Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and once for Magistrate Judge Bernard Zimmerman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He also worked part-time as a law clerk at the Seattle office of a large national law firm and as a research assistant for his patent law professor.
Mr. Englehart received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Math from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Englehart is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and he is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.Related News, Articles & Presentations
