STEVEN B. CHANG is an attorney in the firm’s Electrical/Mechanical Practice Group focusing on patent prosecution. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chang worked at Pratt & Whitney as both a senior structures engineer, specializing in finite element analysis and fracture mechanics, and a patent liaison in aftermarket engineering. Mr. Chang received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Mr. Chang is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
