ROBERT S. CABRAL is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He has litigation experience in both the federal and state court systems. He has patent litigation experience in cases concerning a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, liquid crystal display devices, various mechanical arts and gas turbine engines. Mr. Cabral also served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 15th Judicial District of Florida, where he was lead attorney on numerous jury and non-jury trials. Mr. Cabral received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property in 2003 and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998. Mr. Cabral also spent time studying Chemistry at the Universidad de Costa Rica in San Jose. Mr. Cabral is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, the District of Columbia and Virginia. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Cabral is proficient in Spanish.
