DAVID H. ALESKOW practices in the firm's Trademark and Copyright Practice Group focusing on trademark litigation, prosecution and counseling. Mr. Aleskow worked in the Trademark and Copyright Practice Group of Oblon, Spivak prior to and throughout law school. Mr. Aleskow earned his Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law in 2006, where he served on the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from George Washington University in 2002. Mr. Aleskow is admitted to the State Bar of Maryland. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
