Virginia Business Names Norman Oblon of Oblon, Spivak to Legal Elite 2007 List

(December 18, 2007) Alexandria, Va. – Norman F. Oblon, senior partner with Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, P.C., has been named by Virginia Business magazine as among The Legal Elite 2007 in the Intellectual Property category.

Mr. Oblon has been an officer and a member of the firm's Board of Directors and was the firm's founding partner. He was also a managing partner of the firm and of the firm’s Chemical Department. Working with the Virginia Bar Association, the magazine for the past seven years has sent ballots to a list of Virginia lawyers asking them to vote for the best attorneys in a group of 15 legal categories.
