The Honorable Gerald J. Mossinghoff Receives the Jefferson Medal

The Honorable Gerald J. Mossinghoff, Senior Counsel to the firm, has been designated to receive the "Jefferson Medal". The Jefferson Medal is the highest national award that any practitioner in the field of intellectual property can receive. It is awarded each year by the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association to a person "who has made exceptional contributions to the field of patents, trademarks, or copyrights." This is a very prestigious award that recognizes a lifetime of professional and personal service in fostering the protection of intellectual property.
