The Wall Street Journal, Monday, August 1, 2011 Oblon, Spivak's Scott McKeown is quoted in The Wall Street Journal regarding the Federal Circuit's ruling on NTP's wireless-email patents. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will have to reopen the re-examination proceedings for seven of NTP's patents. Mr. McKeown said it may take the Patent Office a couple of years to finish its re-examination proceedings.
