The BLT: The Blog of Legal Times, May 29, 2012 Jeffrey Kaufman of Oblon Spivak is quoted in the Legal Times Blog regarding the lawsuit filed on behalf of their client Rolling Thunder - DC. Mr. Kaufman said it appeared that the word got out to those who would otherwise be infringing on the client’s copyright and kept the supply of infringing goods significantly down. He said they would be notifying the court that no further action is necessary.
