Oblon, Spivak's Eric Schweibenz is quoted in the above news article "The end of the rocket docket" regarding how the ITC is struggling to keep up with its fast-paced resolution of cases.  Mr. Schweibenz commented that "Speed is a major attractive feature of the ITC."  Cases are generally resolved within 16 to 18 months, compared with the two years or more it takes in the courts.
