Alexandria, Va. – Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, L.L.P. is proud to announce that partner Jonathan Hudis has edited the book entitled “A Legal Strategist's Guide to Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Practice, Second Edition” by ABA Publishing. In addition, firm partner, Robin Bren, as well as Beth Chapman, a former TTAB Judge who is Of Counsel to the firm, contributed chapters to this 300-page book. It is an essential resource for trademark practitioners and continues to be a unique multi-author treatment of U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Proceedings.

Mr. Hudis is a member of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright Practice Groups. He counsels clients in trademark, copyright, unfair competition and trade secrets matters. He has several years of practical intellectual property litigation experience in contested court matters and administrative proceedings. He is a Member of the Council of the American Bar Association's Section of Intellectual Property Law for 2012-2016, and is a former Member of the Board of Directors of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (“AIPLA”).
