Alexandria, Va. (May 5, 2009) - Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, P.C. is pleased to announce that its affiliate Oblon, Spivak L.L.P. has opened an office in Tokyo, Japan.
Takahiro Miura, Special Counsel, has relocated to Tokyo to staff the new office. He is also a member of the Japanese Bar Association.

Takahiro Miura is Special Counsel in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining Oblon, Spivak, he worked for Sony Corporation in Tokyo, Japan and in the United States since 1983, serving in several management positions and overseeing the company’s intellectual property matters. Mr. Miura earned his engineering degree in Japan, and his law degree in the United States.
