“Oblon Spivak is a preeminent intellectual property firm that has a strong reputation for handling complex patent work for some of the most prestigious companies in the world and we are very pleased to be joining such an esteemed group of professionals," said Kern. “I see Oblon Spivak as a terrific platform that will take our practice to the next level and enhance a synergy that already exists within our group.”
