Oblon Announces Head of Post-Grant Group
Alexandria, VA – Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, LLP, is pleased to announce that Oblon partner, W. Todd Baker will lead the firm’s Post-Grant Practice Group. He will be responsible for continuing the growth of the firm’s Post-Grant practice and managing the Group’s day-to-day operations.

Mr. Baker’s background in interference cases uniquely positions him to advise clients on Post-Grant trial proceedings at the USPTO. He is a recognized leader in the IP community, having recently served on the Board of Directors of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), and has been identified as one of the top attorneys in the country for adversarial Post-Grant proceedings. Other honors received by Mr. Baker include his recognition by the Washington Business Journal as a Minority Business Leader.
