Oblon Achieves High Rankings in 2015 Managing Intellectual Property Patent Survey

Managing Intellectual Property magazine’s 2015 IP Stars Patent Survey has recognized Oblon, McClelland, Maier and Neustadt L.L.P. with high rankings in the United States for Patent Prosecution, Patent Contentious, PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) Litigation, Bio/ Life Sciences, Trademark Prosecution, and Trademark Contentious. This is the magazine’s first year ranking PTAB Litigation.

This is the first part of the annual IP Stars survey, which covers the top rated firms for patent and trademark work. The rankings are based on extensive research among IP practitioners carried out over six months starting in September of last year. Managing Intellectual Property’s Patent Survey is the most comprehensive and authoritative survey of the IP legal market yet published.

Managing Intellectual Property magazine has also released the nominees for the eighth annual North America IP Awards. The winners of the IP Awards will be announced at a dinner on March 18 in Washington, DC. This year, Oblon has been nominated in the following categories:

Northeast - Regional Awards

• Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year
