Founder Marvin Spivak Departs Intellectual Property Legal Services Firm Oblon Spivak, Firm Rebrands as "Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, LLP"

Alexandria, VA – Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier and Neustadt, LLP,a premier provider of intellectual property legal services, announced today that founder Marvin Spivak has chosen to depart the firm. In the wake of his departure, the firm will begin operating under its new name, Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, LLP or “Oblon.” The new name will take effect January 16.

While this rebranding effort is catalyzed by Spivak’s departure, it is also reflective of the firm’s broadening footprint, steady growth and increased recognition in the U.S. and worldwide.
