The USPTO will be closed on Tuesday, December 25, 2018, for the Christmas Federal Holiday. President Trump has issued an Executive Order closing all executive departments and agencies of the US government on Monday, December 24, 2018 (including the USPTO as confirmed in a Notice issued by Director Iancu). Oblon will also be closed on those days.
Pursuant to 35 USC 21, any action or fee due in the USPTO on December 22 to 25 of this year may be taken or paid on December 26.
