2009 Annual Meeting

Jonathan Hudis from Oblon, Spivak will be participating in a panel discussion of the Annual Review of Intellectual Property Law & the National Model Patent Jury Instructions on Saturday morning, October 17th. Mr. Hudis is also a member of the Planning Committee. Charles Gholz from Oblon, Spivak will be participating in a panel discussion of the Federal Circuit's recent decision in Agilent Technologies, Inc. v. Affymetrix, Inc., 567 F.3d 1366 (Fed. Cir. 2009), during the meeting of the Interference Committee.
