Our well respected trademark and copyright practice area is extremely active with both domestic and international clients. Individuals practicing in our trademark and copyright group provide the entire range of services to secure full legal protection for clients. We look for attorneys with experience in the trademark and copyright area.
Our litigation practice area is perhaps the fastest growing practice area in the firm. We represent domestic and international corporations, agencies, and universities in a range of disputes before the International Trade Commission, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, federal district courts, and regional circuit courts of appeal.
Legal

We are currently seeking patent attorneys with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our expanding litigation, prosecution and interference practice areas.
The successful candidate will have a technical background in electrical/computer/mechanical engineering or chemistry along with excellent academic credentials and outstanding communication and writing skills.
Technical Advisor
