Bogdan A. Zinchenko is an associate in the firm's Electrical Patent Prosecution group. His practice encompasses many aspects of patent law including patent prosecution, counseling and litigation support. He has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting US and foreign patent applications and counseling clients on a range of intellectual property issues.

A former electrical engineer, Mr. Zinchenko handles a variety of technologies in the electrical, software and mechanical arts, focusing on analog/digital integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, fabrication, liquid crystal displays, computer networks, telecommunications, defense systems, medical devices, and automotive technologies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zinchenko worked at a DC based general practice firm, preparing and prosecuting patent applications and counseling a variety of clients primarily on the development of IP strategies and patent portfolio management.
