Bogdan A. Zinchenko is an associate in Oblon’s Electrical Patent Prosecution group.  His practice focuses on various aspects of patent law including patent drafting, prosecution, counseling and litigation support. Mr. Zinchenko, who is a former electrical engineer, works primarily in the electrical, software and mechanical arts. His legal experience includes matters involving analog/digital integrated circuits, automotive technologies, computer networks, defense systems, fabrication, liquid crystal displays, medical devices, natural language processing (NLP), semiconductor devices, telecommunications and video processing.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zinchenko worked at a DC based general practice firm, preparing and prosecuting patent applications and counseling a variety of clients primarily on the development of IP strategies and patent portfolio management.
