Min Choi is a patent agent in the firm's Electrical and Mechanical Practice Group where he focuses on drafting patent applications and patent prosecution for domestic and international clients.  

Prior to joining Oblon, Min worked as an invention associate at a University in Illinois, where he focused on patent procurement and technology transfer. He primarily managed technology portfolios in electrical engineering, computer science, physical science, nanobiotechnology, and medical devices.

He also worked as an intellectual property manager and principal patent agent at a start-up in an emerging industry. In this role, he managed the intellectual property portfolio and oversaw the patent procurement processes.
